Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Millennial Apps, LLC ("Supportopus", "we") for using Supportopus. If you use it for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.
The service
Supportopus is a support workspace: it collects support conversations, groups them, drafts replies and, when a person approves, works on fixes using AI tools you connect. It is early-stage software in a pilot. Features will change, and some may be added or removed.
Accounts
- People join a workspace by invitation. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
- Workspace owners and admins decide who has access and what role they have. Your company is responsible for what happens in its workspace.
- Tell us right away at support@supportopus.ai if you think someone got into your account.
Your content
- You own your content, including your customers' conversations, your knowledge articles and your code. You let us process it only to provide Supportopus to you.
- You are responsible for having the right to collect and share that content, and for telling your own customers (for example in your privacy policy) that support chats are handled by Supportopus.
AI and automation
- AI answers, drafts, plans and code can be wrong. You choose how much runs automatically, and a person approves plans, merges and releases.
- You are responsible for what is sent to your customers and what is merged into your code.
- AI tools and accounts you connect (for example a subscription or an API key) are covered by their own providers' terms. You are responsible for using them as those terms allow.
Your runner and your code
The runner is software you install on a computer you control. You decide which repositories it can reach and you are responsible for that computer and those repositories. Review pull requests before you merge them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Supportopus to break the law, to send spam or harmful software, to try to get into other workspaces or our systems, or to overload or disrupt the service. Do not use the chat window to collect payment card numbers or passwords.
Fees
The pilot is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.
Ending
You can stop using Supportopus at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or to protect the service or other customers, and will tell you why where we can. When your company stops, we delete its workspace data on request within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Supportopus is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about Supportopus is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing).
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell workspace owners before they take effect. Using Supportopus after that means you accept the new terms.
